Following his time at Apple, he founded and scaled multiple eCommerce ventures, including a 7-figure fitness apparel brand and a fulfillment operation supporting DTC businesses, blending hands-on logistics with full-stack digital execution.

As co-founder of Arrow Effect, Garth brings a blend of technical depth, UX intuition, and startup speed to every project. He leads platform strategy and product execution, making sure each client gets something beautiful, scalable, and built to perform. He lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with his wife and three kids.

Javi is a seasoned video creator with over a decade of experience crafting cinematic brand content. His past work includes projects for ESPN, Wegmans, and a wide range of small businesses, where his storytelling instincts and clean visuals help brands show up with clarity and emotion. He began his career as a systems engineer, giving him a unique blend of creative and technical skills.
