Shipping and Returns
We typically ship via USPS and USPS Priority. We strive to ship your order within 3 days of purchase. Delays in shipping occur when customer doesn't send image for personalized socks or if we need a higher quality image.
How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with package tracking. Tracking numbers are sent to the email you checked out with through our store. Please check your spam folder if you are unable to find your tracking information. If an item’s tracking number confirms delivery, Arrow Effect is not liable for lost or missing packages.
If you have not worn the socks you may return them within 15 days of receipt.
Custom socks are not returnable or refundable.
